About Nadine
My name is Nadine and I am a neurodivergent OT (Occupational Therapist).
I work with adults with ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, and more. Our work together can address areas of daily life including executive functioning skills, home, work, or school responsibilities, emotional regulation, socializing, and overall balance. This could include preparing for post-secondary school, developing and maintaining a healthy routine, learning or improving new life skills, and more.
As a fellow ADHDer, I take an affirming and collaborative approach to with all my clients. Together, we will set clear and structured intervention goals, explore your strengths, and identify barriers in order to develop personalized strategies that work for you.
My work as an OT considers all aspects of health, your social and physical environments, and the demands of your daily life to ensure we find solutions that work.
I offer consultation calls to make sure we are a good fit, and to answer any questions that you may have.

About Mary
Hi, my name is Mary (she/her) and I am an Occupational Therapist (OT). With 5 years of experience supporting neurodivergent folks, I offer individualized therapeutic services that promote emotional regulation and self-care, while working on executive functioning skills.
As an OT, I support clients in navigating daily challenges, from managing burnout, to strengthening personal and professional relationships. I also work with my clients to implement accommodations and strategies to optimize time and energy. I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach celebrating each individual’s unique strengths and experiences.
My work is grounded in an intersectional understanding of how factors like gender, race, ability, and socioeconomic background shape each person’s experiences. Whether addressing ADHD's impact on school, work, or relationship dynamics, I provide compassionate, evidence-based strategies that foster well-being. Through a holistic, client-centered approach, I aim to empower individuals to thrive in their environments while honouring their authentic selves.

About Lisa
Hi 👋 I’m Lisa (she/her) and I’m an occupational therapist.
My work is primarily with ADHDers and autistic folks, as well as those with commonly linked conditions like anxiety, depression, burnout, and learning disabilities.
As someone who was diagnosed as an adult, I understand some of the challenges of navigating mental health services and academic spaces without tailored support.
My aim is to provide personalized and neurodivergent affirming care. This means helping you find ways to work with your neurodivergence, rather than against it. This may be challenging for you right now, especially if you're navigating academic, work, social, or family environments that aren’t designed for ADHDers and autistic minds. My approach as an OT considers these environmental factors, along with your personal strengths, and the activities you engage in, to help you identify barriers and use the right tools for you.
