Accepting New Clients

Hi, I’m Allie (she/her), an Occupational Therapist who supports neurodivergent individuals in navigating everyday life with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding.
I support clients in areas such as executive functioning, emotional and sensory regulation, establishing routines, managing competing responsibilities, reducing overwhelm, and finding a sustainable balance between productivity, rest, and meaningful activities.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and practical. Rather than expecting you to force yourself into systems that do not work for your brain, we’ll explore your strengths, needs, daily activities, and environment to understand where challenges are arising. Together, we can develop personalized strategies that feel realistic and achievable in your actual life, not just on paper.
I understand that difficulties with task initiation, organization, time management, motivation, and follow-through can affect much more than a to-do list. They can influence your confidence, relationships, work or school performance, self-care, and overall well-being. My goal is to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood while building tools that help daily life feel more manageable.
Above all, I want our work together to feel encouraging, individualized, and relevant to what matters most to you. We’ll build on what is already working, problem-solve the areas that feel stuck, and create strategies that support you in living a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.
