✨Accepting new clients✨

Hi there! 😊
My name is Megan and I am an OT. Driven by my passion for holistic care, I pursued a career in occupational therapy.
As an OT, I strongly believe in a collaborative approach where therapy is done with you, not to you. I strive to involve clients as actively as possible in the intervention process.
Think of me as a guide while we explore strategies and tools together. I always welcome feedback—if an approach isn't working for you, please let me know! It is completely okay, totally non-offensive, and a vital part of the learning process. There is a saying that goes “if you have met one neurodivergent individual, then you have met one person”. Every client brings a distinct set of strengths and unique challenges to the table. Rejecting a one-size-fits-all framework, I tailor the therapeutic process closely to your environment and priorities.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD in my early 20s and having personally navigated recovery from ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my practice. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who face sensory-related challenges with eating, as well as working with neurodivergent clients (including ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD profiles). My mission is to deliver compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming care that makes navigating a world built for neurotypical individuals just a little bit easier and significantly more accessible.
If you have any questions, please feel free to book a consultation call. I would love to explore how we can work together to achieve your goals!
Thanks! 😊
