My name is Nadine and I am a neurodivergent OT (Occupational Therapist).

I work with adults with ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, and more. Our work together can address areas of daily life including executive functioning skills, home, work, or school responsibilities, emotional regulation, socializing, and overall balance. This could include preparing for post-secondary school, developing and maintaining a healthy routine, learning or improving new life skills, and more.

As a fellow ADHDer, I take an affirming and collaborative approach to with all my clients. Together, we will set clear and structured intervention goals, explore your strengths, and identify barriers in order to develop personalized strategies that work for you.

My work as an OT considers all aspects of health, your social and physical environments, and the demands of your daily life to ensure we find solutions that work.

I offer consultation calls to make sure we are a good fit, and to answer any questions that you may have

Nadine’s rates are $170 per 50 minute session.

Nadine offers sessions Monday to Thursday: Daytime (8:30 EST to 6:00 pm EST) with some evening availability on Tuesdays.
